October 4th and 5th, 1986. The Ushiromiya family has there annual conference on Rokkenjima, the island owned by the Ushiromiya family head Ushiromiya Kinzo. But after Kinzo's children and their families come to the island a typhoon traps them there. Soon, the family members go missing. The first six murdered and disfigured after death. Could the deaths really have been sacrifices for the Golden Witch, Beatrice? Will the remaining Ushiromiya family survive? Will Beatrice be revived?
